Great sound AND feel. I upgraded from the Sony H.ear On 2. These are far superior but the materials do not feel as premium. The Sony H.EarOn2 had full metal components and a slick hard plastic shell. Whereas the Wh1000XM3 is a much more light weight feel, which makes it much more comfortable, but at the same time, it feels fragile. I have not had any issues with anything for over a year now. The Sound quality is impeccable. The bass is deep and clear, and there is no distortion on the Highs. It has a wide range of frequency and plays music super well. From rap to Lofi and rock and roll. Microphones are great in this for phone calls and can even be used in the office for meetings! I personally use them in the gym for everything except when they fall off if you end up on your back or at an angle. The noise cancelling is impeccable and is only rivaled by the Apple AirPods Pro, or AirPods Max. I find that these headphones are just as good as the Bose, and the XM4.
