My Q800 was damaged and it was replaced with a new 810 so I have not paid for the upgrade. Auto shutdown has been resolved, now you can set 5-10-15-30 mins or even more (+always on) is available. However, mine has shutdown unexpectedly several times for no apparent reason. Need to turn back on manually though! As usual, mic is awesome, I can talk while wife is hovering in the same room and people on the call would not hear anything! Nice battery, I dont use RGBs so about 6-8 hours of daily use, I can use more than 2 days without a problem! 3rd day, around 40 percent! The only complaint I have is its damn heavy and it feels very delicate! Although the Wifi dongle is smaller, range seems to be better! Can use while charging!!!

Pros

  • Battery
  • Mic + Sound quality
  • Breathability
  • Quick Connection
  • Charging while using

Cons

  • Heavy
  • Not so durable (delicate)
