Workout modes are very accurate, and they guide me during my workout with voice guidance. the battery stays for almost 14 days on power saving mode while i can still use workout, sleep tracking, spo2, heart rate and other functions, i recharge it once every 2 weeks. i also like the material, doesn't get sticky or smelly with time. would surely recommend this watch.
