Can’t sync to apple health. Require 3rd party app subscription that add up to the cost of the band in 2 years. Even after paying such an amount, it does not sync seamlessly. Does not track elevation. Does a lot less than other cheaper band that cost half the price

I've had 7 FitBits since 2014. Each was replaced due to functions failing after 8 - 14 months. Until the Luxe. Finally a cute, HR monitor with full sleep details, I bought it even though my Inspire was still working. Almost immediately the band started falling off. Much back and forth with customer service and a new band revealed that the issue was in the device. New device sent. Less than a year later the Luxe will not display the correct time. It's syncing, just won't change time zones. Hours spent with customer service and implementing more than 20 suggested fixes, nothing worked. As with all the FitBits I've owned, functions fall away after a few months: notifications, reminders to step, wrist flip to light the face. I'm updating the app, the device, the phone it syncs to. In a highly tech savvy home, this is not user error. I'm not hard on these devices, mostly doing gentle hiking, walking on treadmill, an occasional dance class. I don't get them wet.
