The headband on the astro falls off constantly, the design is horrible. As a previous owner of this headset, its great but not so great. The 2 arch ways holding the top of the headband in place expand very quickly, especially people with big heads. However, the sound quality is wonderful. I used this headset for years and i love it, its just poorly designed.

Ich habe die Astro A50 Kopfhörer im Januar 2021 gekauft. Leider sind sie im August 2023 aufgrund eines Softwarefehlers ausgefallen. Trotz Bemühungen, Unterstützung vom Kundenservice zu erhalten, blieb das Problem ungelöst, und es scheint sich um ein weit verbreitetes Problem zu handeln. (Google: "Astro A50 kann keine Verbindung zur Basisstation herstellen?") Was die Verarbeitungsqualität betrifft, sind sie akzeptabel. Allerdings hat sich nach zwei Jahren der Kunststoff am Kopfbügel abgelöst. Positiv anzumerken ist, dass die Ohrpolster gut gemacht sind und sich angenehm tragen lassen, insbesondere da sie nicht aus Leder bestehen. Das Mikrofon neigt dazu, etwas dumpf zu klingen. Außerdem habe ich im Discord häufig Rückmeldungen über die schlechte Tonqualität erhalten. Abgesehen von diesen Problemen hatte das Produkt seine Vorzüge. Die Gesamtqualität ist akzeptabel, und die Klangqualität ist hervorragend. Das Mikrofon funktioniert gut, und die Kopfhörer sind bequem zu tragen, selbst für Brillenträger.
