I got the iPhone 11 Pro a few months after launch. This is the first time I've used a phone for 2 years and not even slightly felt the need to upgrade. Needless to say, the hardware hold up just fine. And its a little bit smaller than the rest, being the size a phone needs to be, while packing the extra punch.
